Olivier Brouwers

After his university studies, which took him from Saint-Louis (preparation for law school) to ULB (Bachelor in public notary law) and UCLouvain (Bachelor of law), Olivier began his career in his grandfather's notarial office in Forest in 1996.

After rising to the position of junior notary in 2002, he joined the notarial office of Patrick Van Oudenhove in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw for one year, so that he could obtain his bilingual certificate.

He became partners with the notary Marc Van Beneden in 2005 before becoming an official notary to succeed Jacques de Mol in 2007.
In addition to traditional notarial matters, Olivier specialises in real estate law and corporate and association law.

In particular, he has been named as a partner-level member of FAIB (Federation of European and International Associations established in Belgium) and works with visit.brussels in writing informational texts about associations.

He is custodian of the archives for notary partners Marc Van Beneden and Olivier Brouwers (… to …), and the notaries Jacques de Mol, Frans Lambert,...
